I’m Michelle Bevan, a certified coach specializing in emotional intelligence – and the principal of Alchemy Coaching. I help business leaders increase their effectiveness and influence, and individuals navigate times of uncertainty or transition with clarity and confidence.
The word ‘alchemy’ refers to “a powerful process that changes something in an impressive way” which, in a nutshell is what I’m here to help you do: transition from your current state into your most authentic, powerful and creative self.
My approach to coaching is rooted in emotional intelligence and deeply informed by neuroscience – both of which can be leveraged in really exciting ways to create and propel success.

Emotional Intelligence refers to the awareness, control and expression of emotion and the ability to handle interpersonal relationships in a thoughtful and compassionate manner.
It is at the heart of what we do here at Alchemy Coaching because it is a critical element of success – both at work and in life. Outstanding leaders and successful individuals have more than just vision and drive; they know how to manage themselves and their emotions to increase their effectiveness and influence and achieve greater results.
This ability does not come naturally to everyone – but it’s absolutely possible to learn how to understand and manage your emotions and I’d love to show you the way.
